Cancellation And Refund Policy
Order cancellation
- You may cancel an order free of charge any time before it is dispatched by writing to electrifiersupport@gmail.com or calling +91 99585 45474 with your order number.
- Once dispatched, an order cannot be cancelled but may be eligible for return under our Return Policy.
Returns
Eligibility, conditions, and non-returnable items are set out in full in our Return Policy and Returns & Exchanges pages. In summary, eligible items may be returned within 7 days of delivery; defective, damaged, or incorrect items should be reported within 48 hours of delivery.
Refunds
- Refunds are processed within 5–7 business days after the returned item passes our quality check (QC).
- Refunds are issued to the original payment method. For Cash on Delivery (COD) orders, refunds are made via NEFT to your bank account (you will be asked for account details).
- COD handling fees are non-refundable. Shipping was free, so there is no shipping component to refund.
- Partial refunds may apply if returned items are missing parts or show usage.
