1. Products & technical information

We offer a range of power-electronics and electrical products, components, and accessories. Specifications, ratings, tolerances, and images are provided for reference and may vary within manufacturer tolerances. Electrical and electronic components must be selected, installed, and operated by qualified persons. It is the buyer’s responsibility to verify suitability (voltage, current, thermal, and safety ratings) for the intended application.

2. Pricing & taxes

All prices are in Indian Rupees (₹) and are inclusive of applicable GST unless stated otherwise. We reserve the right to correct pricing errors and to change prices without prior notice. A valid GST tax invoice is issued for every order.

3. Orders & acceptance

Your order is an offer to buy. We may accept or decline it (e.g., stock unavailability, pricing error, or suspected fraud). A contract forms only when we confirm dispatch.

4. Payment

We accept payments via Razorpay (UPI, credit/debit cards, net banking, wallets) and Cash on Delivery, subject to the conditions on our Pricing and Shipping pages.

5. Shipping, returns & refunds

Governed by our Shipping & Delivery Policy, Return Policy, and Cancellation & Refund Policy, incorporated here by reference.

6. Warranty

Products carry the applicable manufacturer’s warranty where stated. Warranty is void for damage from misuse, incorrect installation, over-voltage/over-current, water ingress, tampering, or normal wear. Electrifier’s liability under any warranty is limited to repair, replacement, or refund of the product, at our discretion.

7. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Electrifier is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential loss, including damage to equipment, downtime, or injury arising from incorrect selection, installation, or use of products. Our total liability for any claim shall not exceed the amount paid for the product giving rise to the claim.

8. Intellectual property

All content on the Website — logo, “Precision Power Protection” tagline, text, graphics — is owned by or licensed to Electrifier and may not be used without written permission.

9. Prohibited use

You may not use the Website for unlawful purposes, to infringe our rights, or to introduce malicious code or scrape data without authorisation.

10. Indemnity

You agree to indemnify Electrifier against claims arising from your breach of these Terms or misuse of products purchased.

12. Governing law & jurisdiction

These Terms are governed by the laws of India. Courts at Ghaziabad shall have exclusive jurisdiction.
