- Transaction data: products ordered, order value, and payment status. We do not store your card, UPI, or net-banking credentials.

Payment processing
Payments are processed by our PCI-DSS-compliant payment gateway partner, Razorpay, and other authorised processors. Your payment-instrument details are entered on, and handled by, the gateway — Electrifier never sees or stores them.

We share data only with: (a) logistics partners (e.g., Shiprocket and its courier partners) to deliver your order; (b) payment partners to process payments and refunds; (c) government/regulatory authorities where required by law. We do not sell your personal data.
Data retention & localisation
We retain personal data only as long as needed for the purposes above or as required by law (e.g., tax records). Payment data is stored within India by our processors in line with RBI directions.

Your rights
