Small display modules for microcontroller projects: 0.91-inch (128×32), 0.96-inch and 1.3-inch (128×64) OLEDs in I2C and SPI versions, plus a 1.28-inch round 240×240 GC9A01 colour TFT. OLEDs need no backlight and give high contrast. Check the pin count (4-pin I2C or 6/7-pin SPI) and the logic voltage before ordering; the round TFT is 3.3V logic only.
