The Electrifier Buck Boost Converter solves a problem that catches out most step-down-only modules: it works whether your output voltage needs to sit below or above the input. Feed it any direct-current source between 5V and 30V and it delivers a steady, adjustable 0.6V to 30V at the output, automatically stepping the voltage up or down as the setting demands. That makes a single board enough for jobs that would otherwise need separate buck and boost converters. Adjustment happens entirely on the board. Up, Down, Set and Stop keys let you set the exact target voltage and switch the output on or off, and a backlit LCD reports the live output voltage and current along with CV and ON status, so you can confirm the operating point without reaching for a multimeter. The converter runs in constant-voltage or constant-current mode, holding a fixed voltage for supplies and drivers or limiting current for charging and LED loads.
