Shipping And Delivery Policy

Where we ship

We ship across India through our logistics partner Shiprocket and its courier network.

Processing & dispatch

Orders are processed and dispatched within 1–2 business days of payment confirmation (or order confirmation for COD). Orders placed on Sundays/public holidays are processed the next business day.

Delivery time

Estimated delivery is 3–7 business days after dispatch, depending on destination. Metro and tier-1 cities are typically faster; remote PIN codes may take longer.

Shipping charges

We offer free shipping on all orders across India. For Cash on Delivery (COD) orders, an additional ₹99 COD handling fee applies, available on orders up to ₹5,000.

Tracking

A tracking link is shared via email/SMS once your order ships. You can track it any time using our courier partner’s tracking page.

Delays

Delivery timelines are estimates, not guarantees. We are not liable for delays caused by couriers, weather, strikes, or other force-majeure events, but we will help you follow up.

Incorrect address / failed delivery

Please ensure your shipping address and phone number are accurate. Orders returned to us due to an incorrect address, repeated unavailability, or COD refusal may incur re-shipping charges; prepaid amounts are refunded after deducting actual courier costs incurred.

International shipping
