Return window
You may request a return within 7 days of delivery for eligible items.
What’s eligible
- Defective or dead-on-arrival (DOA) products,
- Items damaged in transit,
- Incorrect items (wrong product or variant shipped),
- Products materially different from their listing,
- Unused, change-of-mind items in original, unopened packaging.

Defective, damaged, or incorrect items must be reported within 48 hours of delivery, with an unboxing photo or video where possible, so we can process your claim quickly.
What’s not returnable
- Products that have been used, installed, soldered, or powered on (unless DOA),
- Cut-to-length wire/cable or any custom-configured item,
- Clearance / final-sale items,
- Items returned without original packaging, accessories, manuals, or labels.
Who pays return shipping
- Our error (defective, damaged, or wrong item): we bear the return shipping or arrange a pickup.
- Change of mind (eligible, unused items): return shipping is borne by the customer.
After your return
