How to start a return or exchange
- Email electrifiersupport@gmail.com (or call +91 99585 45474) within the return window with your order number, the reason, and photos/video if the item is defective or damaged.
- Our team confirms eligibility and shares return/pickup instructions.
- Pack the item securely in its original packaging with all accessories.
- Ship it back or hand it to our pickup partner as instructed.
- We inspect the item on arrival (quality check).
- Once approved, we process your exchange or refund.
Exchanges
- Defective / damaged / wrong item: we send a free replacement of the same product once the return is approved (subject to stock). If stock is unavailable, we issue a full refund.
- Different variant (rating, model, size): eligible if the original item is unused and in original packaging. Any price difference is collected or refunded accordingly.
Timelines
- Return pickup/transit: typically 3–7 business days.
- Quality check after we receive the item: 1–2 business days.
- Refund (if chosen): 5–7 business days to the original payment method (COD via NEFT). See Cancellation & Refund Policy.
